How do I find my size?

Almost every GOLD × RED bracelet is one-size and fully adjustable, with a sliding closure that adapts to your wrist — no measuring needed. Pull the two ends to widen it, slip it on, and slide the closure until it sits comfortably: snug, but never tight. Petite styles use 3mm gold beads for a finer look; Classic styles use 4mm beads with a little more presence. Same fit, different feel.

How do I adjust the sliding closure?

Hold the small knot at the center and slide the two cord ends in opposite directions to make the bracelet bigger or smaller. To tighten it on your wrist, pull the ends gently away from each other; to loosen, slide the knots back toward the beads. It takes a second once you've done it once.

How does baby sizing work?

Our baby bracelets are adjustable too, sized to fit from newborn to toddler (roughly 0–3 years) as your little one grows — just slide the closure as their wrist grows. Please remember: a bracelet is not a toy. Always supervise little ones while they wear it, and remove it for sleep.

What are the bracelets made of?

Solid 18K gold beads — never plated, never filled, never hollow — on a hand-braided premium red thread. Some pieces include raw emerald, left just as nature made it. Because the gold is solid, it won't fade, tarnish, or turn your skin green.

How do I care for my bracelet?

Your gold needs almost nothing: if it ever looks dull, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth, or wash with warm water and a drop of mild soap, then pat dry. Our bracelets are hand-braided with premium thread, made to be worn every day — shower, swim, and live your life in it. No need to take it off to dry. Avoid spraying perfume or lotions directly on the piece, and store it in a soft pouch when you're not wearing it.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship within the United States only, and shipping is free on every order.

How fast will my order ship and arrive?

We ship within 1 business day of your order. After that, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your bracelet is on its way.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, with their tags, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Custom or personalized pieces and sale items are final sale and can't be returned. To start a return, just email us — that email goes straight to the person who made your bracelet.
